Shipping Policy

All packages will ship within 5 business days of ordering. All preorder items will ship once the items arrive to us. If your order contains a live inventory item and a preorder item then the live item will be shipped when the preorder item is shipped. All physical inventory items will include tracking when your purchase ships. The tracking is sent via the email or phone number you checked out with and will only be sent to you if you used a valid and working email or phone number.

Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.

Due to COVID-19 there are unprecedented shipping delays and by purchasing you understand the items may be delayed and are not the responsibility of Coolforall's Cards to ensure a timely delivery, but that of the applicable package carrier.

You will have the chance to choose different methods of delivery at checkout, all methods are subject to the full "Shipping Policy" and "Terms of Use" in their entirety when applicable.

Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.

Please order accordingly. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not count holidays.

By purchasing with you agree to all terms of service, refund and return policies, shipping policies, pre-order and backorder policy and any other applicable policies to any purchase made.
